Online Booking Process

Below are the details of the Booking Process. From start to finish you will only need to fill out four pages. Please see the stages below.

1, No Obligation Instant Quote

You simply enter the Number of Pallets, the Collection postcode and the Delivery postcode in order to gain an Instant Quote.

2, Your Quote 

A price will then be shown, you have the option to return to the Instant Quote Screen or proceed with the order.

3, Journey Details 

The Next stage is to enter the Journey Details. You can select a collection Date, Service Level and the Consignment Weight.

 Within the same Journey Details Screen you need to enter the full collection and Delivery Addresses Palletonline will supply you with a Postcode lookup database, eliminating the need to type out multiple address.

4, Extras 

If you require any "Added Value Services" such as A Morning Delivery you are able to select them here.

5, Confirmation 

The final Stage is Confirmation. This is a brief screen detailing the order. From here all we need is the billing details and the order is then complete.

We will then send you an email containing your unique Job Reference and invoice. You are also given the option to print Pallet Labels and a collection manifest that our driver will sign. To view the Online TRacking Facility Please Click Here
